The sound of a fallen bare fallen tree hit the snow as it rolled in the white powered snow that coated the ground, it was beginning to become a lot colder and most dinosaurs were out preparing for the next season to come and among them was all kinds of carnivores and herbivores as most were out training or foraging to prepare for themselves, one group in particular was out and that was a trio of acrocanthosaurus led by Geiger and Oujia followed by a much younger green scaled one who went by the name of Jayden. Ouija and Geiger were out bulking up and had brought Jayden along so that he could learn and train the best way that they had done years prior, but it seemed like the young acro was more focused on the snow that fell from the sky with Geiger leading the group before growling when the other two needed to catch up.

“Jayden stop messing around you need to take this serious it depends on your survival and strength” Geiger growled as she grabbed his upper jaw with hers and held him down in the snow until he stopped struggling, as Jayden gave into Geiger’s discipline as she let out go him before walking ahead.

“All we do is eat, and get big what is their to learn, Oujia how do you hangout with her” Jayden said as he got back up to his feet shaking his snout to get the snow off it, before catching up to Oujia who shook her head and laughed “Oh to be young again” She said before spotting Geiger stop up ahead and go quiet.

It was time to learn a lesson in training and it was that of hunting to stock up on food for the next season, the group had stumbled across a small herd of parasaur who were moving through deep snow, this would be a perfect opportunity for the three and for Jayden to learn, with Ouija and Geiger honing their hunting training in with the take down so it was a upside for all of them but it was now to prepare as Geiger hunkered down quickly using her green scales and abstract pattern to blend in with the parasaur herd not even noticing the danger they were in it was only a matter of time before they would strike.

“Jayden get low and went I roar you are going to run beside that back parasaur and snap at it’s neck while me and Oujia get behind it, are you ready your training is about to begin” Geiger whispered as she motioned to Oujia who was getting ready to strike before nodding at Geiger and Jayden who were at the ready, hunting was one of the main skills to survive and training those skills were crucial before next season.

With excitement Jayden nodded as he hunkered down like Geiger he never got to participate in training and this was his first, with a nod Geiger let out a loud roar that shook the forest around

Them as the parasaur herds leader let out a panicked bellow to get the herd moving , it was time and Jayden along with oujia were ready as Jayden began chasing and nipping at the air to keep the panicked herbivores into the deeper snow.

Oujia wasn’t far behind as she used her massive strength to push through the deep snow roaring at the other parasaurs so they could zone one out from the rest of the group and Geiger kept up from behind waiting for the others to do their work in.

This would push their training skills in hunting and allow them to prep with a well earned meal for next season, and Jayden was doing well as he kept pace with the parasaur who had fallen behind from the rest of the herd, the predators were closing in as the large herbivore started to tire before turning its anger out on Jayden who wasn’t aware of the part where sometimes they would stand their ground.

With a loud bellow the Parasaur reared and stomped its legs down toward Jayden who’s eyes widened as Oujia moved in, “back up Jayden it’s going to stomp!” She roared out before slamming into the parasaur and shoving Jayden backwards with her tail, the young acro watching on how the adults trained now that he had gotten his training in.

Snapping her jaws Oujia pushed the old bull back who snorted as he backed into a tree line unaware of the danger that lurked behind him

“NOW Geiger!” Jayden and Oujia roared out, as a loud crashing of trees echoed causing any bird like dinosaurs to take to the sky, as Geiger grabbed hold of the bull from behind and crunched its neck , the bull panicked as he hit the ground the once white powered snow now a deep red as Oujia moved in to assist Geiger with the kill and of course Jayden tried his best biting the end of the bulls tail.

After a struggle the parasaur took its last breath as Geiger let go of its neck before shaking her head , and looking at Oujia and Jayden “Well done you two, great training experience and a meal to prep for next season” as she nudged Jayden playfully pushing him down into the snow “good chase looks like you’ll train to be a big acro” she added as Oujia laughed at the two.

“We should get going it’s about to be dark soon, and we need to prep the den, along with drag this back to it” Oujia said as she leaned down grabbing ahold of the bull parasaur and waited for the others to help her, it was training for all of them the young and the older. It was now time to head out as Geiger and Jayden leaned down and helped drag the bull through the snow, they had a long journey ahead of them but they were treating it as more training besides you couldn’t ever have enough training for next year.
