[Trade] Beach Day - Mocker , Bulrush and Vanuatu (Adventure)

It was a hot summer day on the island as the sun blazed harshly making the needing to seek out water and beaches to get a break and cool down and Mocker along with Bulrush were feeling the harsh effects of the heat and had decided to head down to the beach to enjoy the ocean water and be able to catch a break. The ocean waves crashed softly against the golden colored beach as it went back out with the movement of a small figure splashed as Vanuatu surfaced from the water blowing bubbles from his bill, feeling the harsh sun rays before shaking himself off and diving back below.

“Come on Bulrush we are getting closer to the beach and I need that water my feathers are sticking together” the much younger cryo said as he trotted ahead spotting the sand from afar they were just about there and Bulrush was coming but the heat was making him sluggish. The sand was warm and nice on their feet as they dashed forwards as they had finally made it to the beaches as Mocker and Bulrush spotted the water. Even though they were here for enjoyment they also wanted to explore the island's beaches due to spending most of their time in the jungles and away from the water.

“Ah look at that you can just feel it Mocker, let's get going” Bulrush said as he dashed past Mocker who was digging in the sand, Mocker gave off a laugh as he looked around thinking of catching up with Bulrush who splashed into the water his scales now cooled as the two cryo’s enjoyed their beach day, there was still Vanuatu who also was doing the same thing as he splashed around dashing in the waves but he was more open to exploring what the beaches shallow reefs had to offer as he dove down swimming past all the rocks and corals that clung to them, maybe he could find deep sea treasure while he was looking but so far nothing.

“Look at all the colorful fish! The reefs are always so fun to explore when it is hot out” Vanuatu said to himself as he blew bubbles at the fish that swam past him. Mocker and Bulrush returned from the water as they shook off before looking around with Mocker as he seen some old footprints as he motioned Bulrush over to him as they both investigated.

“I wonder what these are from , wanna follow them?”Bulrush said as he looked up, seeing more that made their way down the beach, the two nodded as they decided they wanted to follow and uncover what the beach had to offer besides now that they were cooled down from the sun so exploring was next on their agenda.

Mocker and Bulrush followed the tracks as they passed by various wildlife such as crabs and random items that had washed up on the shore, Mocker stopped as he sniffed a crab before feeling a pinch which made him let out a hiss before he shook it from his snout.

“Ouch man do those little buggers hurt!” Mocker said as he watched Bulrush before heading towards him as he had called him over to where he was, the two eyes widened as a large moving mass was making its way across the sand, it was a large turtle who had beached itself.

“Oh wow look at this thing, I never seen this one as big as it is”  Bulrush said as he sniffed around it and tried to bite its hard shell but it wasn’t going to work and it was better off to just leave the turtle as Mocker joined in on bugging the poor thing as they were met with angry flippers which caused them to head off to explore more further down the beach.

Down in the water Vanuatu continued to explore the reefs alongside the beach as he spotted a shiny object that was sticking out of the sand , it was a shell from crabs that had dropped them when they shed and Vanuatu loved collecting them as he explored near the beach and going up when the tide was high in places trying to see what the land had to offer. Swimming down he picked up the shell in his flippers before swimming back up to the surface to catch some air as he held the shell in his flippers and smiled riding the tide onto the beach, he was only able to go this far so exploring what he had offered to him was the only way which he didn’t mind.

As he moved in the sand rubbing his scales around before collecting more shells that sat on the beach, Vanuatu spotted Mocker and Bulrush were also exploring the beach just as he was which he let out a laugh when he saw the two cryo’s trying to mess around with coconuts that had fallen from the trees that grew in the heat.

“Seemed like some others needed to escape the heat , and went on a little expedition like myself!” he clacked out before seeing the tide coming back in which he turned around ready to catch it and felt like he had enough exploring for today it was always nice to get out and explore once in awhile which these three seemed to have experienced a lot today.

Mocker and Bulrush picked up the coconuts as they dropped them before looking up and figuring it was time to head out and off the beach alot of exploring today was what they needed.

“What a nice beach expedition and we got to enjoy the water!, you have a good time Mocker?” Bulrush said as he waited for his friend to catch up and was met with an excited chirp from Mocker.

“I sure did! We should do it more often. Besides, this place always has such hidden gems! It’s always fun to do” Mocker said as he smiled before the two headed back off into the lower jungle that hugged the beach.
