The night was dark and the sound of rustling across the island echoed near the abandoned city with many watchful eyes peering from the darkness as most dinosaurs who lived in the abandoned city on the island were active at night. The sound of a low growl and heavy footsteps echoed against the old cracked road, followed by the sound of a lumbering tail as it drug across the ground flicking over cracked rocks and stones, a loud sniff from large jaws as drool dripped down them. 

“I swear I'll eat that shopkeeper , he better be giving me something good for doing this” large jaws growled as one red eye looked around in the darkness followed by a dark hole in the side of Geiger's face. Her collar light flickering as she lumbered deeper into the urban areas of the city. The oviraptor shopkeeper had gotten word to the large female acro that he needed some more items and knew that Geiger was experienced in venturing into the dangerous parts of the city.

But it didn’t excuse the annoyance it caused the large carnivore, and the shopkeeper was lucky he didn’t dare show his face when giving her the message. Looking ahead Geiger could see the large abandoned urban area as the streets became more rough and cracked from old age, almost crumbling as she walked due to her weight. The urban area was very dangerous and not many traveled far into it as some dinosaurs didn’t come out , but Geiger also wondered what the shop keeper would want from here as she grumbled walking forwards pushing aside a old

Car that was now just a metal skeleton frame.

“What could you possibly want here, it’s all just junk and old” the large acro grumbled to herself as she checked behind her before entering the area which was blocked by various cars that once had life but now were unmoving. As she stepped over and through the cars crushing them under her weight she was finally in the deeper urban areas with most of it being overgrown with plant life and old buildings, which made the large female stop and take in a big sniff around to get a better understanding of where she was. It had been awhile since she had been here but it was refreshing nonetheless , but back to her current task was finding some items and exploring more of the urban area for the shopkeeper.

“Lets see what I can find for him, I am sure it's just junk he collects” She rumbled as she shoved over old garbage and other items that were left to rot. Finding herself in an old run down building that could have been a house at some point, it was hiding lots of lost items that would perfectly suit the shopkeeper's wears but it was just finding them under this hunk of junk. The building was large and others stood near it but Geiger wanted to check it out first before moving on, as she sifted through a bunch of junk she pulled out items with her jaws that she thought would be good to bring back with her when she left. 

Some of the items were old books and glasses that she thought would be a good fit, before stepping backwards looking at the pile before shaking the dust from her scales.

It seemed like she had searched everything here and it was time to move onto another building and deeper into the area, Geiger leaving the building's entrance before spotting another smaller building that caught her eye.

“Let's check in here it looks promising” She rumbled to herself before pushing the door with her large head with the sound of loud screeching from it being stuck on old metal. A cloud of dust went through the rest of the building. Inside it was an old store that had various trinkets on old shelves, with Geiger being much larger as she towered over the old shelves and other furniture.

Sniffing the shelves she pushed over other things to look for other items but found nothing which annoyed the big acro, with her stopping as she then moved outside of the small building back into the old street. Lumbering down the cracked street with some of the items she had picked up tucked into her collar that hung from her neck, she was getting full on items as she kept

Looking around for more in the area but coming up short. 

Geiger let out a hiss of Annoyance but she felt she had found enough for the oviraptor and he would have to make due with what she found. As she turned around knocking more things over as she stepped over in areas she had already walked , her tail dragging as it picked up rubble behind her.

“This better be enough for that stupid feathered bird, I ain't no pack mule” she growled through her teeth once more as she made her way outside the building finally back outside. The street was dark and overgrown with large plants that held tight onto other old cracked buildings further into the urban area, but Gegier had enough of looking for small items and felt what she had got would be enough as she made her way back through the old car graveyard looking at the buildings she had rummaged through, stepping over and crushing old rubble and items.

Once she finally got back out of the area from the way she had come through she shook her head making her collar drop the various items she had picked up which were old trinkets and other scraps. Nudging them with her jaws as drool dripped onto them, but it was time to head back to the shopkeeper's spot where he wanted to meet to get the items from Geiger and where her payment would be for going into the abandoned buildings.

“Hey you crazy bat bird come get your stuff, it's getting annoying to carry” Geiger growled as she waited by the area they had decided on to meet but it looked like the shopkeeper was late and it annoyed the large carnivore, but just as Geiger let out a growl she heard the sound of a chunk of meat hit the ground from above. Turning her attention to the payment she dropped the items on the ground before taking one more look around and speaking.

As she dug into the meat slab she could footsteps and looked behind her seeing a medium sized figure who squawked a quick thank you before the large carnivore looked up from her meal and let out a annoyed growl “ Don't make me go back there again without bigger payment or you will get less next time shopkeeper” Geiger said through her teeth and blood from the meat chunk covering her jaws, she had explored more of the unexplored and knew maybe she could use this as a way to get more food frequently. Geiger wasn’t sure why he wanted such random trinkets and items for his shop but it only benefited her since she got a free meal out of it and for a huge carnivore like her that’s all she cared about .

Once she finished her meal she let out a cuff sniffing a fallen feather from the oviraptor before lumbering her way off to continue her night.
