Personality Description: 
Playful and childish. Open to breaking rules if it's to do something fun. She gets along with nearly everyone, but she seems especially interested in those living under strict or silly rules. Encourages others to spend time doing what they want, to not worry about expectations. While she might ignore expectations herself, Jelka is responsible when needed. Getting into all sorts of trouble has also made her experienced in survival, which she's willing to teach to others.
