Interactions
Fable is protective of her territory, her children, and her mate. She prefers to chase others off first, ask questions later, and prefers quiet company over loud or exuberant packmates.

She sees herbivorous dinosaurs as equals and would prefer not to hunt or kill them, but still would if she were pressed into a survival situation. She will, however, feed on a herbivore corpse if she finds one.

History

Fable was found by Dante after her egg was abandoned in a cave in the winter. Though their relationship was at first tenuous, Dante adopted and raised her. She left his care when she was old enough, only to be attacked by a carnotaurus when she was looking for her own territory.

She settled in a protected cove with a nearby river, which was where she met her mate, Salmon. Their relationship grew stronger slowly, with Fable at first wary that Salmon might try to steal the territory from her and otherwise rather brusque compared to Salmon’s more upbeat and cheerful nature.

Fable continued to grow less fearful of others and more tolerant with Salmon at her side, though still protective of the territory. It grew more difficult to be the sole defenders of the cove when she and Salmon welcomed their hatchlings into their lives, and so they decided to allow others to join them - thus creating Story Cove.
