2031: Vigilance

Personality Description: Vigilance was released along with the other tapejaras from the morpheus facility, and spent the first few months of his free life with the Twin's flock. his speed and wingspan was envied in the flock, making him both a target for bullying when he slipped up and also an excellent hunter and scout, with absolutely no scruples about maiming or killing.

The animosity the flock inspired- and even Vigilance himself to some extent for his avid support of their dirty work- didn't fade as soon as the twins were driven off and the pack dispersed, so Vigilance took to giving out a false name or two for himself when around others in an attempt to maintain relations with some of the other, bigger predators on the island that he had pestered and sometimes killed in the safety of the flock. these false names became an escape for him, a way to detach himself from the legacy of 'Vigilance, the right wing warrior of the Twins'.

Eventually he decides to ditch Vigilance as a name altogether and to take up his 'alter-ego' Wind's Edge as his new persona, symbolically leaving behind the past the flock left him with and moving as far across the island as possible, making an absurdly dramatic vow to do no harm to others. He's left behind most of his old personality purely out of cowardice, leaving him with a faux-noble perspective full of misguided self-obsession and a false sense of superiority and morals. he likes to think he's a superhero, swooping in and saving the weaker at a moments notice, but he's really just an obnoxious nuisance with occasionally violent tendancies.

Physical Description: weighs a little more than average but it's all muscle. Vigilance's chest is broad and heavy with long, tapered wings that come to a streamlined point. his crest is large, arching up vertically straight from the bridge of his nose. Likes to think he's dashing and handsome.
