Notable Traits
Much smaller than the typical utahraptor. Short feather coat which is easily ruffled and often looks unkempt. Her feathers have a slightly downy texture, helping muffle her movements.

Interactions
Callahan very much prefers to get to know others in small doses. She has a short fuse and will get snappish if someone tries too hard to keep her company or be her “friend.”

May hunt other dinosaurs when times are tough, but typically only herbivores and only if she has a hunting partner.

Cautious of larger dinosaurs due to her small size, and may try to chase them away or hide out until they’re gone depending on how confident she is in the encounter.

History

Callahan hatched in a small, abandoned nest on Isla Pera with her brother, Dullahan, and was raised by Layla who at the very least, made sure that they didn’t starve. They were often left to their own devices, and developed a strong bond while their adoptive mother was off hunting, becoming a capable hunting team.

When the twin tropeos Libre and Largo blew up the dam, Dullahan got caught in the floodwaters and was washed away. Callahan was alone.

She eventually found company in other utahs again, though none could totally heal the loss of her brother. They were a good distraction, and eventually allowed her to open her heart to Petrichor.

The pair traveled around Isla Pera together and were among those who explored the Alpha lab when the door finally opened, but didn’t make it far inside. Petrichor suffered a twisted ankle, and they stayed on the first level to tend to the swollen joint.

When it was healed and they were preparing to leave, Callahan found an abandoned hatchling acrocanthosaurus, who immediately stole her heart. She adopted him, much to Petrichor’s initial chagrin, and the trio continue to wander Pera as a small family unit.

• Callahan prefers ambush hunting, and is incredibly adept at using the terrain to her benefit
• She is terrifyingly good at climbing trees and other vertical surfaces
• Most of her hunts take place between dusk and dawn, but she is active at virtually any hour
