Physical Description: Round & wide with an extremely long and flat tail like a stalk of kelp.

Personality:
Obu is a slow-moving blubber ball that spends most of her day laying amongst the seagrass on the bottom of the shallow shores. She's very lazy but still manages to get the motivation to hunt.
