- Krait hatched in the high mountains, with a very curious face peering over her.
- She was the first child of Gaboons, the other parent is not in the picture, and Gaboon won't talk about it, all they know is that they are his. That's fine with them, the curiosity is tough to deal with, but their father loves them very much, and they don't want to upset him by pressing.
- Since Krait was the first hatched, she was the favourite from the get-go. Her dad absolutely adored her and her younger sister Boomslang, even when the rest made their way out into the world, they stayed with him, growing and protected.
- From hatching, it was clear that Krait was the bully of the two, constantly after her sister and never allowing her a respite.
- As a juvenile, their father brought home another youngster, found whilst he was out hunting for food for the girls,
