He can often be seen just on the horizon, stretching his neck out as far as he possibly can to try and see what's going on without drawing attention to himself

Physical Description: Very compact. He'd look like a baby if not for his more mature figure. His tail isn't as long as it should be, but doesn't look out-of-place tiny
