Interactions
Fondue tends to be kind even in the most inhospitable of company. Just because someone else is being rude, doesn’t mean he has to be.
He doesn’t like to be violent, but if push comes to shove, he’ll shove - especially if it comes down to protecting his mother’s chickens from would-be hunters.
History
When he was younger Fondue was a bit of a troublemaker, chasing chickens and raising a little hell for his parents, but all in all, living on the farm with Bleu and Cheddar has given him a quiet, peaceful life. The most danger that Fondue comes into contact with is an animal or other dinosaur that shows too much interest in the chickens.
He decided after being taught that chickens were their charge - not their food - to take on the responsibility of looking after one chick in particular. The chick grew faster than he did, often roosting on his horns as they grew in. He absolutely adores the hen, presumably as much as she does him. She’ll chase off any other hens that try to perch on him.
Fondue now spends most of his time around the farm helping his parents or relaxing with the chickens. It’s hard sometimes - a lot of places around the farm remind him of fun times that he used to have with his brother, Gruyère, who seemed to think that there were bigger and better things than tending to chickens.
It’s not always lonely though. His brother Asiago swings by sometimes, bringing in tow his little nephew Philedelphia, and Fondue is always delighted to show the younger carno around the farm.

Fun Facts:
- Has a "pet" Rhode Island Red chicken named Penny
- Refuses to hunt or eat birds of any kind
- May seen with a fuzzy stalk of foxtail grass hanging out his mouth - the taste is sweet and it's something to chew on when he's thinking
- If he doesn't like someone, he'll ask Penny what she thinks, then relay her "thoughts" to the offending visitor
