3688: Rip

Rip was a hatchling from the first wave of freed Albertosaurs instead of staying near the facility and his parents he ventured out, eventually getting caught up in the fires and getting significantly lost. After getting separated from his parents he became rather jaded in order to survive, until he met another Alberto hatchling that suffered the same fate, Tear. Tear in turn had become brutal after being separated from his guardians just for the sake of survival. Rip and Tear from then on decided to stick with eachother as brothers, they might not have been from the same blood but they shared the same past and that was enough for both.

Rip is the more calm and collected of the two, the planner. He stalks the herds and decides whens the best time to strike. He seems to observe all within the territories that he and his brother pass through. He is also in charge of choosing their next location and when to move when he feels they have thinned out the local population too much, or another pack of carnivores could pose a threat to the brothers.
Described as cold hearted even by his own brother, but he must be so both of them can survive. However Rip is still the only one who can keep his rowdy and frankly, bloodthristy brother in check, but it seems that is the extent of his mercy.

Neither are keen on making any permanent aditions to their group as its always been only them and they have survived just fine like that. However temporary travel companions consisting of other carnivores are sometimes deemed necesary by Rip, if only to appear as a larger group to avoid attacks.
