Personality and Life: a rambunctious- but soft spoken- young utah following in the footsteps of his parent Laplace, Weibull is one of the youngest in the Felidae-Boreas flock nest. he goes with Laplace on their travels usually, but they always return to the flock home on the coast to rest and recharge. 

Physical Description: Taller than laplace, but maintains their fairly compact frame.
