Simon is a toughened cryo, who used to be considerably kind and sweet. When he was young, he went out trying to hunt for his father. The two were very close at that time, but Syrus was a little over protective and wouldn't let his son leave the nesting grounds.

He got lost, then trapped, then chased, and as he tried to escape underneath a fence... The sharp fence wire dug into his thin and soft scales. He lost his left eye, his prey he caught, and his pride. His overeagerness to achieve great things was blown out like a candle that day.
