The Facility long lay on the side of the volcanic mountain, used to monitor and guage any sizmic activity and monitor the island itself for usefulness.

When the volcano suddenly erupted it left the facility a husk of what it once was. Full of ashes and the remains of things that didn't burn, such as metals and stone, there are tunnels that where once locked behind doors which have long since rusted away and now remain wide open. Allowing for anyone who dares to enter them and explore.

The facility outside remains as it was, some of the ash has blown away to reveal the once white outterscape and grass has begun to grow in the path the lava did not reach.

A unique place indeed.
