Panel 2 [top right] - Memorable moment
For some time, Warlock had wandered himself. The sight of any other dinosaur would send him into a panic, and he would bolt from them, desperate to find refuge. Though now he was too big for holes in the rock piles, or the tree trunk hides, instead he would simply cower until they had passed. It had gotten to the point that he had taught himself to swim even, to dive beneath the surface of the watering hole that he had remained at for the last little while. There had been a large female carno lurking for the past few weeks, and although she had not threatened him at any point, waited until he was done drinking to approach the watering hole, and was patient when he would run from her. It had finally reached a point where he was - to an extent - comfortable with her around, though still not entirely sure about her. It was on one particularly chilly morning that he stood and let her approach, curious about her intentions, despite every muscle, every fibre of his being telling him to run. She simply wanted him to be safe. A stranger, caring about his wellbeing. Depsite his terror and reservations, he cautiously followed her, his need for contact and someone to protect him overwhelming his fear.
