First aging quest for d'egg following the prompt of Memorable Moment.

One of her very first memories, D'egg barely had hatched, and was finally able to stretch her little fins for the first time, swimming above the corals when she saw it. The most beautiful sight her eyes would ever witness, the golden shine of the sun above shining through the surface of the water, drawing beautiful collumns of light that gave the bottom of the coral reef the most ethereal aura the little one could ever have imagined.
The colors were incredibly bright.
The shine and reflections, she decided inmediatly she liked this place. But just to put the cherry on top she got the first sight of her parents, swimming together, rubbing their heads and bodies in such an affectionate way, almost like they were dancing together under the sunrays. Little did D'egg know that this would shape the way she would see the world forever, always behind this pink tinted glass.
Always seeking that kind of love, that kind of affection and beauty that she saw on this day, even if she's too young to understand that yet.
She was cursed to forever be a dreamer at heart.
