At first, Peanut dove behind her father with a scared squeak, covering her eyes with tiny hands as she waited for what she'd thought to have been raptors to pass. Hearing her fathers chuckle however, whatever fear she felt was quickly replaced with confusion.
"They're not going to hurt you, Peanut." Omega amusedly reassured.
"They're not?" Peanut looked up at her father, soon sitting up and turning her gaze to the several colorful birds that sat nearby.
"No, those are parrots, not raptors." Omega smiled, catching the young pachy with his snout as she slipped, but ultimately made her way up onto his back.
Peanut had never seen such colors up close before, not without a looming sense of danger that is. Oh how beautiful and magical they were!
