For a moment, Orin just sat there on his haunches. All that time he spent trying to catch the lizard, and now that he finally had it, he just couldn't shake this feeling of emptiness and despair growing in his heart. He was hungry yes, but he didn't mean to kill it... Did he? He didn't know at this point, and the distress of it all was beginning to make him queasy... Or maybe he was queasy because the little carno hadn't eaten anything yet....
