It started with a big shake of the earth, then the echoes of old machines coming back to life. Even those that weren't in as good condition anymore.
After barely a few days of functioning, the problems started. Tearing of metal, mutted underwater explosions of generators left without any maintenance for years.
And the leaks, goo-ey black blood coming out the wounds of these abandoned machines, trapping and killing everything that got in its way.
Every form of life started to tend to get away from these areas in an attempt to avoid the disaster, fish left, other dinosaurs left after them as well.
But Nyx was curious, he wanted to see them, see what kind of animal was spilling such dangerous blood. How long did it extend? Would it grow? What was the point on running if it would end up catching up with them anyway.
