Ochei being annoyed by all the new electricity in the closed off bulding. Realising that it might not be so bad after he found open doors to the world outside. Ochei doesn't like electricty.
(this is based on Albertosaurs being closed in. And I assumed the electricity wasn't working all too well in there. Maybe a few back-up generators etc.)
