Charon is swimming through a flooded part of Zone C.
Despite the flooding an emergency light is still on.

-Note: Some things in picture include catwalk, broken aerator, aristo skeleton, bass in a bucket, the emergency light. A doorway leading to who knows where and also the front glass of the holding tank is shattered with a piece visible on the ground.
