Submission (#7078) Approved

Wobbly legs gave as Nix (second panel) took an unsteady step on the frozen floor, twisting his ankle as he fell. Thankfully something was there to catch his fall, even if it WAS somehow even colder than the already freezing room around him... Whimpering softly, Nix clung to the cyrochamber as he tested his newly injured ankle, unable to put as much pressure on it as he would need to remain steady on such a slick surface. Great... Just great... He'd come all this way and what did he have to show for it? A sprained ankle... Dad wouldn't be impressed by that, it didn't matter how deep into the unknown facility he'd gotten. As lavender eyes turned back to the cryochamber he'd been clinging to, a lightbulb flickered to life overhead-- literally and metaphorically. If he could get this back to Dad somehow, he'd undoubtedly be impressed! Even if the mutated remains of what floated inside were... admittedly a bit creepy... But still! Now he just had to figure out how to even get it out of there without those colossal hunters standing guard noticing...
