The tolling of bells were swallowed by the howl of an unforgiving winter wind rushing past the raptors face. A shiver ran down Mikah's spine as the cold gnawed through his thick feather coating, snuggling into what had once been Snow Fella's scarf. Where could he have gone...? Nonetheless in this weather without his beloved scarf? With a soft whine, Mikah turned his nose to the sky as he sniffed, trying to find any semblance of either the cryos scent. It was faint, but it was there... So was the smell of a creature he'd never seen before...
