Doomsday: Chapter 4
Doomsday 16 October 2023 - 11 November 2023
This event will end on Nov. 11, 2023, at 10:00 PM EST
The gatekeepers of Zone C have allowed you to pass, and things are getting... cold.
The deeper you descend into Zone D, the darker and icier conditions become. It becomes clear that this zone has been used as a cryogenic storage.
But wait- something isn't right. Zone D is feeling a little too small. It seems like part of the zone is still inaccessible. But why?

Zone D has been fully revealed!
And you are not alone down here.
Entering these new depths, you discover Zone D: the Cold Storage and Reactor Rooms.
Not only have you discovered each section of this zone, but you've found Nidhogg, the boss of the Alpha Labs. If you want to save the island, you'll need to find a way to defeat Nidhogg and stabilize the power grid from within the lab.

Story prompts differ in that they are one-time quests that progress the event story, must be completed in sequential order, and contain unique, guaranteed rewards.
These labs are dangerous, so beware of injuries and radiation as you explore!

☢ WARNING : RADIATION DETECTED ☢
New Forbidden Zones have been discovered. Will you dare to venture within?
Be warned: there's a new status effect. Your dinosaurs can now become irradiated when exploring a radiation hazard area. No one knows quite what irradiation will do to a dinosaur. Your dinosaurs may begin to feel a little sick, and may bring home Alpha Cryopods instead of eggs...
If your dinosaur starts to feel sick, and you want to cure it, head over to the Crafting Center to trade for some Iodine.
And keep an eye out- the radiation is still spreading, and more irradiated areas may appear later.
