Santa Claws and Snow Fellow have been kidnapped, and bands of Misfits rove the islands - throwing the holiday season into chaos!
Be on the lookout for new tricks and treats!
Festival Prompts
It's up to you to rescue our beloved winter NPCs! The festival features two kinds of quests, each with their own rewards!
Story Prompts: Claws for Concern | Masters of Disguise | Holiday Throwdown | After All is Said and Done
These are One-Time quests to progress the story of the Festival of Fright. Investigate the disappearances, brave Krampus' lair, and save the holidays!
These quests are not chained, and can be done in any order. The rewards from these quests are guaranteed, but must be created (or collab'd) by you!
Repeatable Prompts: Pumpkin Protection | Mischief Making | Out of the Box
These quests can be repeated as many times as you'd like! Participate in the festival's chaos and look for presents and candy!
Repeatable Prompts will have a ↻ icon on them. Each prompt has slightly different rates and types of drops; try them all and see what you find!
Additionally, for all event quests, all submissions must be created during the duration of the event
Holiday Giveaways
Throughout the event will be weekly raffles, where you can win all manner of things; from items, boxes, candy, and more!
The first raffle is open now!
Additionally, 4 unique Misfits roam the islands - go on an Encounter Prompt for a chance at winning them over! The power of friendship will prevail!

These prompts can only be completed once, and must be completed (or collab'd) by you.
Entries will enter you into a raffle for a chance to win the import!
The Misfit Encounter raffle will be rolled at the end of the event!
Giftboxes
Jingle Boxes and Midnight Boxes cannot be opened until Christmas Eve!
Cursed Candy can be consumed at any time!
Additionally, boxes from previous years will be making an appearance!
You can find these from any Repeatable Prompt or through crafting, and they can be opened at any time!
Fundraising Sale
There will not be a sale during this event this year; instead, the next sale is estimated to be sometime early next year!
There will be more announcements as it gets closer so keep an eye out!
The festival will last until January 13th, 11:59 UTC. Make sure to submit everything by this time!
